TENS: Tennis Tracker
TENS Support
Set up your session, review your tennis data, and find help with common issues.
Getting Started
- Position your iPhone so the full tennis court is visible, with a stable, unobstructed view.
- Grant camera and microphone permissions when prompted.
- Wait for court and player detection before starting a session.
- Start and stop tracking from the iPhone. You can use Apple Watch workout support if you choose.
- Review session totals, movement, speed, shot counts, heatmaps, and saved match video where available.
Troubleshooting
Court detection
Make sure the full court is in frame. Improve lighting where possible, clear obstructions, and use a stable position that keeps court lines visible.
Permissions
If camera, microphone, Photos, notifications, or Health permissions are unavailable, review TENS in the iPhone Settings app and allow the permissions you want to use.
Apple Watch
Confirm that your Apple Watch is paired with the iPhone, unlocked, and reachable. If workout support does not appear, reopen TENS on both devices and try again.
Video import or save
When importing or saving video, allow Photos access when prompted. Check that sufficient device storage is available and that the selected video is accessible in Photos.
Local data removal
Delete a session to remove its locally stored session data, or remove the app to remove its local data. Videos saved in Photos and health information saved through HealthKit must be removed separately from those Apple services.
